“Originally, I wasn‘t too sure about coming to study in Stuttgart since I didn‘t have much German language experience (years 8 - 10 at high school only).
I took the Winter University Program and then the Intensive German course - a total of 12 weeks of study and that really did the trick. Being immersed in a German speaking environment helped too. Of course I am no way near perfect but I manage to get by in my classes; I can hold conversations in German with friends and even crack jokes!
