| Please conclude a health insurance for abroad in your home country for the duration of the summercourse before your departure to Stuttgart. Send us a copy of the proof of insurance together with the other registration documents.
You will need this in case of an illness and if a doctor is needed. Please note: The University of Stuttgart does not conclude a health insurance for you! Included in the course fees is a general liability insurance, which is cocluded by the university for every participant for the duration of the language course. |

| If you suffer a chronic disease and you have to take pharmaceuticals, please get some information on availability or possibilities to bring them with you before your departure. Please be aware that almost every pharmaceuticals in Germany are only available with a prescription. So if you want to get pharmaceuticals in Germany, it is neccessary to have a prescription by your doctor. In this case, the scientific name of the pharmaceutical is very important.
Don't send any pharmaceutical via mail to Germany, or the duty will possibly confiscate and keep them. |
